Our Australia Team

AMPE Foundation Australia serves as the strategic, governance, and fundraising arm of the organisation. Based in Sydney, Australia, the Foundation provides oversight, accountability, and direction for all international projects while ensuring compliance with Australian charity standards and global best practices.

Our Australian team works to mobilise resources, build partnerships, and manage donor relations, ensuring that every dollar raised contributes directly to sustainable impact in Uganda. We also coordinate closely with Rotary Clubs, development agencies, and community partners to strengthen transparency and promote long-term outcomes across education, health, and community development initiatives.

Beyond project funding, AMPE Foundation Australia is responsible for governance frameworks, policy development, financial reporting, and impact measurement, supporting our Ugandan operations with the structure and integrity required of an internationally registered charity. Together, our teams in Australia and Uganda operate as one - uniting expertise, passion, and purpose to empower communities through education and opportunity.

Through close collaboration with district education offices, community-based organisations, and Rotary partners, AMPE Africa transforms strategic plans into tangible outcomes - from school renovations and resource programs to community training and youth empowerment initiatives.

Beyond implementation, AMPE Foundation Africa provides critical insight into local contexts, ensuring that all projects remain inclusive, transparent, and aligned with national development priorities. The team oversees construction management, community engagement, procurement, and monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that every activity reflects AMPE’s values of dignity, equity, and empowerment.
